The process of integrating sustainable planning and design tactics is ever-evolving and at times may seem daunting. The intent of the following evaluation is to assist Air Force personnel with selection of sustainable design strategies based on specific project requirements and budgets.

Multiple categories have been identified as areas specifically related to Air Force sustainable site design. Questions within the evaluation are intended to provide methods which impact these categories. An example site plan will graphically depict sustainable design tactics you select throughout the evaluation. Please keep in mind that the graphics are for representation only and should not be interpreted as actual design specifications.

Upon completion of the evaluation a report is generated which indicates the relevant LEED® credits that may be obtained based on the design methods you have indicated will be implemented into your site design. An overall score is also provided on the report which indicates the sustainable value of the site design.
